Omar comes from one of the top restaurants in Marrakech , L'Abyssin, where he was head chef in charge of a team of 5 chefs. He comes to maison mk with an amazing experience in fine Moroccan cooking. Trained & inspired at maison mk by Andrew West, the chef that put us up to number one restaurant on Tripadvisor within 2 months of opening. Now Omar has the kitchen and is producing a great 5 course tasting menu that combines his Moroccan heritage together with modern French cuisine.
