Breakfast & Lunch (for residents only)
Breakfast alternates between Moroccan & French. Moroccan days include the ‘msimmen’ home made pancakes and Moroccan breads. French days have fabulous baguettes, pain au chocolat & pastries. Both days also have home made yoghurts, fresh eggs, just-squeezed orange juice, and fruit salad using the seasonal local fruits. Served anytime you want it. (residents only)
Lunch is a lighter affair served up on the roof terrace under the shaded canopies. Dishes include home smoked salmon, barbequed marinated skewers, pan fried red mullet, and mint pannacotta. Sip a glass of chilled rosé while the lunch chef prepares your fresh lunch for you. Prices are roughly 180 dhr for a main courses (residents only)
24hr snack menu including club sandwiches, croque monsieur, and mozzarella & tomato salad.
